Roast & ship schedule
- We roast Tuesday and Wednesday
- Subscriptions ship every Friday
- One-off orders placed by Tuesday 6pm ET ship Friday of the same week
- Orders placed Wed–Thu ship the following Friday
- Orders placed Fri–Mon ship the following Friday
Transit times (US)
- Northeast / Mid-Atlantic: 1–2 business days
- Midwest / Southeast: 2–3 business days
- West coast: 3–4 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, PR: 4–6 business days
International
We ship to Canada, the UK, and Western Europe. Transit 5–10 business days. Customer is responsible for any customs/duties. Email us before placing the order if you'd like a quote.
Returns & refunds
If a bag arrives damaged, stale, or otherwise not what was ordered, email hello@driftform.coffee within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund. No need to ship the coffee back.
We don't accept returns of opened coffee for taste-preference reasons — coffee is a perishable, and we'd just throw it away. If a coffee isn't to your taste, let us know and we'll suggest something better-matched on the next shipment.
Gear (V60 kit, French press, scale): standard 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
