How do I pause or skip a shipment?

Log into your account → Subscriptions → click "Skip next" or "Pause subscription." No phone call, no email, no retention specialist. You can skip up to 4 weeks ahead at any time.

How do I change grind, frequency, or product?

Same dashboard. Changes apply to the next shipment. The cutoff for changes is Thursday midnight before a Friday ship.

When does the rotation pick get announced?

Tuesday of each week. You'll get an email with the pick. If you don't like the pick, you have until Thursday midnight to swap to any other current product.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

Yes. Pick the cadence + duration (4 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months). Recipient gets an email on the start date with their first tracking number. Auto-renew is off by default for gifts.

Can I have more than one subscription?

Yes. Roughly 8% of our subscribers have a weekly + biweekly combo (weekly blends for daily drinking, biweekly single-origin for weekends).

What if I'm traveling for two weeks?

Pause your subscription. Resume when you're back. No commitment lost.

What if a shipment is delayed or lost?

Email hello@driftform.coffee after 4 business days from the ship date. We'll either expedite a replacement or credit your next shipment.

How much coffee is in one shipment?

340g (12oz) per bag. About 28 cups at 12g per cup, or 20 cups at 18g (espresso doses).

Can I pay annually for a discount?

Yes. Annual prepay is 8% off the per-shipment price, billed once.

Is there a minimum commitment?

None. You can cancel after the first shipment if you want to.
