Dark Sailor — Dark Roast Blend

A dark roast built for people who actually drink dark roast — not a charred substitute for it. Brazilian base, Sumatran depth, finished to a full second-crack but no further.

Tasting notes

• Bittersweet chocolate, smoked almond, molasses
• Heavy body, syrupy mouthfeel
• Low acidity, long finish

What's in it

• ~55% Brazil Cerrado (natural)
• ~30% Sumatra Mandheling (wet-hulled)
• ~15% Guatemala (washed)

Brewing. Espresso first. Excellent in French press. Holds up to milk well. We do not recommend it for pourover — the dark roast notes flatten on a paper filter.
