Decaf done seriously. We use a single-origin Colombian decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process — 99.9% caffeine removed using only water and time, no chemicals.

Tasting notes

• Toasted hazelnut, brown sugar, soft fig
• Medium body, clean finish
• Mild acidity, similar to a quality regular Colombian
