If we had to pick one origin that demonstrates what coffee can do at its peak, it would be Kenyan AA. Bright, syrupy, complex, with a finish that keeps moving. This Nyeri lot is from a wet mill we've been buying through for three seasons.

Brewing. Built for pourover and Chemex. Espresso is possible if your grinder is good and you're chasing fruity-fermented notes. Not recommended for French press — the body comes through too heavy.
