Our house blend, and the one we drink most mornings. Built around a Colombian base with seasonal lots from Ethiopia or Guatemala layered in, depending on what's tasting best in the current month.

Tasting notes

• Honey, milk chocolate, soft citrus
• Medium body, clean finish
• Balanced — no single note dominates

• ~60% Colombia Huila (washed)
• ~25% Ethiopia Sidamo (washed)
• ~15% Guatemala Antigua (washed)
